At first glance, if you’ve never tried it or even heard of it, you’re probably thinking, “Really? Says Who?” Cue eyerolls. So what we did and said next was everything. We had to lean into our name, and give it meaning. We had to own it, but with a wink. And we had to continue to live up to it, while remaining true to our brand DNA as the people’s bar.
